"57 stunning new family homes of 3 and 4 bedrooms"

Following the granting of outline planning permission in 2019 for 57 new homes to the North of Cringle Road, we will be submitting a Reserved Matters application to Manchester City Council in March 2021.

The scheme seeks to provide new high quality family housing in the Levenshulme area, the detailed designs for the site are currently going though a public consultation process within the local community.

The site is in an enviable location, situated next to 70 acres of beautiful and peaceful open land, Highfield Country Park. As well as in close proximity of Levenshulme High Street, the area has a bustling close-knit community feel and is popular with families.

We hope that Construction will commence in the latter half of 2021.

Success! Message received.

The name 'Levenshulme' is derived from a possessive version of a person's name "Leofwine's" and "holm", a Viking term meaning island (usually in a lake or river).

Legend has it that Dick Turpin often visited the Blue Bell Inn on Barlow Road. The current pub was built after the previous Blue Bell Inn was destroyed during the Second World War. There has been an Inn on this site for 700 years.
